Reserve the Hall

Our 2 halls provide an intimate location for a business meeting or reception that’s in heart of Worcester’s downtown without the downtown price. You’ll feel like you’re having your function in a four star hotel without paying the high price.

We have everything you’ll need to make a great impression on your guests or business associates and ensure the success of your next meeting including a catering kitchen, VIP room for weddings, a drop down screen and wireless PA system.

Information to rent the hall

Cultural Center rental Fees

Rental up to 6 hours. All events must end by 2:00 am per City of Worcester Ordinance.

Included in the Rental Fee:

  1. Access to the Hall for 3 hours prior to the event, for set-up and/or decorating If additional time is requested, there will be an extra $30 per hour fee.

  2. Set up of tables and chairs – floor layout must be provided in advance.

  3. VIP room (weddings only).

  4. Heat or A/C as required.

  5. Full service kitchen available for caterers.


Additional charges – mandatory:

1. Police/Security Officer
2. On-Site Church Rental Liaison


On-Site Church Rental Liaison will be the contact for the caterer, decorator, DJ and/or sound people.
He will also monitor the kitchen, hall and bathrooms (to see if anything is needed). The monitor will remain on the premises during the event, and will inspect the hall and report any problems back to the office.

Security Deposit:

We require a Security Deposit – with your completed application.
This is required to reserve the date.


*In order to qualify for a refund of your security deposit, the Hall and Kitchen must be left in the condition in which it was found. All decorations, food and rubbish must be removed from the building at the conclusion of the event. The tables and chairs must be stacked against the wall and all visible trash must be picked up and removed to the dumpster. In addition, the kitchen will be inspected to check if the ovens, refrigerator, and counters were cleaned and left in the condition in which they were found.

Additional charges – optional:

Optional Cleaning Fee (includes, trash, chairs, tables and kitchen)

$300.00 in advance
or $400.00 if requested on the day of the event)

Extended hours – If the event extends beyond the agreed upon closing time, a fee of $350.00 per hour will be deducted from the security deposit. All events must end by 2:00 am per City of Worcester Ordinance.

Renter Responsibilities

  • Please read and understand “Rules and Regulations”.

  • Floor plan (tables and chairs) must be submitted to the church office one week in advance of your event.

  • Please maintain an orderly event.

  • All decorations and personal belongings must be removed immediately after the event.

  • All rubbish bags must be properly tied and thrown in dumpster.

  • All paper/plastic products must be removed immediately after the event. The breakdown of all tables and chairs and clean-up will be conducted after everyone has vacated the premises.

  • Hall must be vacated by the time indicated on the application.

    Make sure your caterer reads, understands, signs and complies with the “Caterer Agreement. Your security deposit will be withheld if your caterer does not comply with these rules.
