DESCRIPTION:Anniversary Walk \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis year marks a truly special milestone in the life of our community as we celebrate the 135th Anniversary of the Consecration of our Church. \n\n\n\nFor 135 years\, the Armenian Church of Our Saviour—the First Armenian Church in America—has faithfully served as a beacon of faith\, hope\, and light\, spreading Christ’s message throughout our Diocese and beyond. \n\n\n\nTo celebrate our anninversary\, we invite you to join us for a special commemorative walk on Saturday\, June 20\, marking the anniversary of our church’s consecration and honoring our historic journey from the original church to our present home.LOGISTICS & TRANSPORTATIONWe will gather at our Church parking lot around 8:30am. Our Parish Council members will give you a ride to the original Church. If you would like to help with rides please let us know. After a prayer outside of the Church\, we will start walking to our church and we will complete the walk with a prayer service.  \n\n\n\nLet us come together in gratitude\, prayer\, and fellowship as we begin this sacred year of remembrance and celebration

DESCRIPTION:Summer Beach Party\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSaturday August 22Scarborough Beach- RISOUNTH PAVILLION \n\n\n\nWe will meet on the beach at the South Pavillion\, look for the Armenian flag onthe beach.Start time is 9:30 AM but you can come anytime.What to bring; chairs umbrella your lunch and drinks rubbish bag boogie board(optional) Bring cards tavloo Frisbee etc. \n\n\n\nIf you plan to stay for the end of the day cookout you will need; what you will grill and general meal needs and something to share rubbish bag \n\n\n\nYou can bring a change of clothes the rest room closes at about 5-6PM. There arepublic showers. Because the traffic is generally heavy\, we stay until around 8PMjust as the moon rises over the ocean and there is light traffic..The kids can play football etc on the field. Cars can be parked right near wherewe will have dinner.As always these fun activities are for the young and old single or with friend orfamily.
